1. We accept job from all around the nation.
  2. For event and venue that take place exceed 50km outside Kuala Lumpur, travel and accommodation will be the client liability.
  3. All completed product shall be deliver 2 to 3 weeks after the event.
  4. Client shall provide us with event tentative, most lately 1 week before the event.
  5. Online wedding album is only online for 3 month.
  6. 50% deposit is required upon booking, and another 50% shall be paid upon delivery.
  7. All photos of event will be on our archive and freely retrievable only for 3 months period of time after delivery date. After that period, RM100 will be charge for database retrieval service.
  8. For database retrieval service, RM10 will be charge for every disc that used to deliver the photo.
  9. Some product may be vary from the images due to supply. We will inform you earlier about any changes on the product.
  10. In case of Photojournal album, we will let the client to view and asses the design and we will allow 2 time only ammendment for 1 photojournal.
  11. There is no refund if the customer would like to claim already approved Photojournal design.
